|Azure High-Rise Opens at Bonita Bay
The Lutgert Companies is completing the construction of Azure, its fourth luxury high-rise at Bonita Bay, and is welcoming Azure’s first residents. Construction of the 26-story tower, which offers 69 homes and eight adjoining carriage homes, began in May 2004.
Only one home – a 4,240-square-foot residence on the third floor, is still available. It has four terraces and is priced at $1.9 million.
Azure is the first high-rise in Bonita Bay to be built with a rooftop sunset terrace, and outdoor kitchens with gas grills in each home. Each tower home also has a gas fireplace, 10-foot-tall ceilings, a formal dining room and two-access controlled elevators opening into a private foyer. Homes showcase wide, multidirectional views of the Bonita Bay community, golf courses, Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Azure’s second-floor amenity level has a clubroom with bar and catering kitchen, card and billiards rooms, an 11-seat theater/media room, fitness center and locker rooms with steam room and massage facilities, two suites for residents’ overnight guests, and the office and home of the resident manager. A landscaped outdoor recreation area includes a heated pool, whirlpool, barbeque grills, and screened cabana with fireplace and bar.
The Lutgert Companies has been creating new experiences in luxury living for more than 40 years, completing nearly two-dozen luxury high-rises in Southwest Florida, including four in Bonita Bay. The fifth, Esperia South, is scheduled for completion late next year.
Bonita Bay, an Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence recipient, is the flagship community of Bonita Bay Group. More than half the community’s 2,400 acres is devoted to open space, including lakes, nature-preserve areas and 12 miles of biking and walking paths. Residents enjoy three waterfront recreational areas within the community and a private beach park on the Gulf of Mexico. They are eligible for membership in Bonita Bay Club, which has two clubhouses, an 18-court tennis and swim center, a new fitness center and 90 holes of championship golf, including three Arthur Hills-designed courses within the community and two Tom Fazio courses, which provide a pure golf experience nearby. Bonita Bay is included among Golf Magazine Living’s 50 Best Golf Communities and Travel + Leisure Golf’s top 100 golf communities in America.
Residents also are eligible for social or boating memberships in The Marina Club, with a full-service marina with storage for 420 boats, waterfront dining, and social, educational and travel activities.
Residential sales are under way for homes in four luxury high-rises being built along Estero Bay by The Lutgert Companies. To learn more, visit The Bonita Bay Sales and Information Center at the entrance to the community on U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs, call (866) 314-2838, or visit www.BonitaBay.com.
