Linda Miller, community services manager for Bonita Bay Community Association, has earned the Professional Community Association Manager designation, the highest professional recognition available nationwide. The Community Associations Institute grants the designation to those who specialize in community association management and meet specific training requirements and professional criteria. In addition to successfully completing advanced course work, a PCAM candidate must be a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist, have at least five years of experience in community association management, complete a case study and comply with a professional code of ethics. Miller’s case study subject was Celebration, the master-planned community developed by The Walt Disney Company.
